Once you have completed the payment, a receipt for your donation will be sent to your email address. You should receive this email within seconds of completing payment, but sometimes this can take up to 20 minutes. Once our accounts department have verified the donation, a more detailed receipt and associated information may be sent to you.
We offer a no quibble 30 day refund policy. If you are not happy with your donation for whatever reason, you may request a refund of your payment by sending an email to email@example.com. So that we may locate your record, be sure to provide your Donor Id and/or Name & Postcode.
